The Program

The cornerstone of our training program is our unwavering commitment to quality. We know the most important factor in quality results is quality people. Our superior team-building focus extends to all areas: trainers, farriers, vets, feed suppliers, dentist, sports psychologist, and grooms. We value a small, highly-qualified staff-to-client ratio which ensures that we deliver the very best results. Taking any short cuts in this area jeopardizes our performance for you. We also believe in continuous improvement and education of our team members, be it through symposiums, positions on the governing body of our sport, or the constant input from our master level advisors.

The second cornerstone of our training program is access to expertise. Our use of experts is unique in its depth and breadth. We believe that master level training, in tandem with top-flight at-home training, are critical factors in creating our quality results. For over two decades, we have worked on the master level with such legendary horsemen as George Morris, the chef d’equipe of the United States for the 2004 and 2008 Gold Medal Show Jumping Team. In addition, we have also worked for many years with Missy Clark, undeniably, the premier equitation trainer in America. We have also ridden and trained with Leslie Howard, Lanie Wemberly, Kimberly Prince, and Jeff Wirthman. This addition of Master Level Training and continuing education is what differentiates us from your average training barn in Northeast Ohio.

To summarize, we feel our strength lies in our commitment to excellence. Even though this phrase may seem overused, we know it is the guiding focus that has allowed us to achieve the unprecedented results that are evident in our work. Our every decision is based on this bedrock belief.
