  • Assistant trainer and manager with Lenehan, Inc. and Woodsway, Inc. (1993-2005)
  • Assisted with training of nationally-ranked competitors at Devon, Pennsylvania National, Capital Challenge, The Hampton Classic and Winter Equestrian Festival
  • Worked with jumper trainer, Olympian Anne Kursinski, as well as hunter professionals, Tommy Serio, Brian Tommerdahl, Cindy Brooks and Ken Smith (2000-2009)
  • Oversaw and facilitated post-operative care and managed training facility in Santa Cruz, California owned by Peninsula Equine Medical Center (2007-2008)
  • Managed private equestrian facility for four years with top national junior rider in Chagrin Falls, Ohio
