• Rider and competitor for over 30 years, having trained with the following: Missy Clark, George Morris, Jeff Wirthman, Rodney Bross, Lanie Wimberly, Lauren Bass
  
• Board of Director of the U.S.H.J.A. Chairman of the Owners Committee of the U.S.H.J.A.
  
• Co-author of the Sales Integrity Program for the U.S.H.J.A.
  
• 2007 recipient of the “Presidents Distinguished Service Award” for the U.S.H.J.A. work on the Sales Integrity Program.
  
• Over 30 Championships and Reserve Championships at the most prestigious shows in the country as both rider and owner.

• 2002-2004 Hanoverian Breeding Farm in Lincoln, California training young horses in both dressage and hunter/jumper in preparation for the show ring.

Lauren Bass Owner and Professional Training Consultant, Clinician

• 1996 Wayne Carroll Sportsmanship Trophy: awarded  to the junior competitor who most exemplifies the decency, integrity, and sportsmanship that Wayne Carroll has demonstrated during his long career in equestrian sports
  
• 1997 Eisner Pessoa Hunter Seat Medal Champion
  Over 30 Championships and Reserve Championships at the
  most prestigious horse shows in the country as both a junior
  and amateur rider and finally as a trainer of young riders.
  
• Numerous placings in Grand Prix jumping Co-Chef’d’Equip honors for Gold Medal  North American Young Riders Individual and Team Gold
  
• Development of numerous top flight grand prix jumpers
